Carol M. Cook, President of the DC Branch, is a professional fundraiser. She has raised funds on both sides of the aisle in the political arena and has also raised funds for other non-profits, particularly in the arts.
Carol graduated magna cum laude from college with three majors: Humanities, Social Psychology and Business Administration.
She currently serves on several other Boards including the Advisory Board of the Center for Excellence in Education founded by the late Admiral Rickover. She is a member of the Capitol II Toastmasters Club a DC Advanced Toastmaster and has written a column Communication Through the Arts and other articles that have been published.
She was named Woman of the Year by the American Biographical Institute for the past three years and is noted in several Who's Who in America commendations. She is a lay minister in her church, The Cathedral of Saint Matthew the Apostle in Washington, DC
Carol Cook hopes that during this Administration.members of the DC Branch minds will become more aware, their hearts become more joyous and their spirits more awakened.
